Strawberry Green Smoothie

This perfect green smoothie to help you feel balanced, energized, and full for the day!
Loaded with greens, fiber, plant-based protein, healthy fats, and enough fruit and almond
butter to sweeten it without making it a dessert for breakfast. I love using spinach and
strawberry, both are low-glycemic real whole foods that help stabilize blood sugar and
insulin levels.

 

  • 1 cup of strawberries (halved)

 

  • 2 cups of spinach

 

  • 250ml, almond milk

 

  • 1 tsp, chia seeds

 

  • 1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein

 

  • 1 tbsp, almond butter

 

Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
