- 2 cups mixed frozen or fresh berries (at least half should be blueberries)
- ¼ cup spinach or kale (optional)
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 6 drops stevia
Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
